Pretty good but worried about actual quality of product
Nassim was great. Very professional, thoughtful, personable and efficient. Everything was installed in a timely and detailed manner. I am a little concerned as the hot water is very slow to get hot. I am hoping there is a slight adjustment that the whole system is undertaking to adapt to the new tankless system but I am a little underwhelmed. It seems as if we had hot water quicker under the old system.
