The professional plumber from John C Flood - Jacob George was a true professional.

He was very knowledgeable about all the options to replace our broken water heater, and explained the pro's and con's, costs and benefits, of each option clearly.

Once we chose from among the presented options, he performed the replacement efficiently and to our complete satisfaction. He was so confident about his work (deservedly so) that he allowed me to watch and answered additional questions as they arose.

I feel confident that we got the right water heater installed by the best plumber imaginable. Additionally, he provided preventative maintenance tips to insure that we get the best and longest performance possible from our new water heater.
