The technician who did the original consult is who did the installation. He was professional, knowledgeable, kept me apprised of his progress and cleaned up after himself. He was very polite and respectful of property. I am more than thrilled with my new tankless heater. A few people in my condo complex have made the switch and used John C. Flood to do so. I will certainly recommend a tankless heater and John C. Flood to do the installation.
