Service personable -- but not clear.
The gentleman who came to my house was very personable and well-mannered.,
However, I felt that he was urging that I perform several thousand dollars worth of upkeep expenditures without any clear explanation as to why -- my system is apparently working ok, even if not perfectly.
Since the system elements are 10-15 years old, he was unable to justify why I should do these repairs, rather than simply wait a couple more years and just replace the system. I expressed a concern to him that even though replacing the system may be more costly than the repairs (he was unable to give me a replacement estimate, even an approximate 'ballpark' figure), doing so would be better than potentially throwing out money on an old system that I'd have to replace anyway. On top of that, he insisted that I sign a form to the effect that "I understood" his recommendations -- even though I did not, and I told him so verbally,
