Called to have the kitchen sink sprayer replaced. Made a same day appointment. Was kept updated on technician's ETA. Nestor was very friendly and answered all questions in a way that exuded confidence in his work. He noticed a separate issue once he arrived, gave suggestions on how to correct it (without being pushy) and will be providing estimates (requested by myself) for the recommended fixes. Unfortunately, he was unable to replace the sprayer today, as the part was not a brand kept in stock. Arrangements were made for Nestor to return the next day to complete the work.
