He was excellent: friendly, responsive to my questions and very helpful in making suggestions for future management & maintenance on my part. He cleaned out the AC system outside and suggested a chemical cleaning, which he did at cost. He also made useful suggestions for frequency of filter change. I am totally satisfied.
