My experience of summary..,
The only aspect of this experience I didn’t like was making a appointment on my behalf for a tech to come over and give me a cost estimate of whole house new plumbing installation. I wasn’t asked if I would favor the idea of it. “Is this ok with you?” After considering the idea , I had to make a call myself to cancel the appointment. I wouldn’t have severed this to a customer the way it was done.
