Prackny Mendoza was great and very informative to my questions on the scope of the repair and his concerns. Such a shame that the technician taking the call of a gas leak thought I was an idiot for knowing what gas smelled like. Must have been having a bad day. And a gas leak concern for a customer means an appointment two days out. Should I apologize for calling out Washington Gas who shut off the gas to the whole house?
