Our Tech was Mr. Richard Cloud. He was on time and professional, very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions. I had one additional question, but forgot so I have asked the recall staff member to have Mr. Cloud call us about the wash tub. We have used John C. Flood for a big job, and we were so relieved with the resolution and the clean up. They are stellar professinals!!
