Our technician, Mr. Joshua Grant, arrived as as scheduled and took the time to ask questions regarding situation/problems we we’re experiencing with our sump pump. I really appreciated his recommendations and suggestions not only for the sump pump, but for an array of other items that may require addressing in the future. Mr. Grant explained and demonstrated what steps to take if we encounter the same issues, and additional processes for replacement parts if necessary. Would like to thank John C.
