I had been on the fence for a replacement. A master plumber showed up then greenlit work the same day. The installing plumber Tracy was phenomenal. It was a tough install and he found a clever workaround to cutting building pipes or tearing up drywall. He did in 2.5 hours what would have taken others six hours to do. The old tank (prior owner) was 20 years old, corroded, and not up to code. You’re not paying bargain basement prices but then again you are not getting bargain basement work.
