The HCAV Technician (James Edwards) came out on time to inspect the air conditioner which was recently installed, the heating unit and the Aprilaire Humidifier. He informed that everything was fine except the humidifier, which had been deactivated, without my permission, when the air conditioner was installed. He made verbal arrangements to re-activate the humidifier, informing me that he would order a part that was needed for the unit and return to installed it ASAP ... I was satisfied with this potential action to take place.
