The technician, Mr. Peralta arrived on time, very professional and fixed the problem accordingly. I would request for him to fix our problems in the future.
The only problem I had with the company was, i rqsted for them to send me their license & insurance, as rqsted by my condo mgmt. after 3 days, i hadn’t received them yet. The day before the appointed date, i called them to ask why I haven’t received the papers yet. I was told i needed to write a written rqst, i called them daily for 3 days, nobody mentioned the written rqst. It was very stressful bec. I needed to notify the condo mgmt to shut off the water& they wont do it without the rqsted documents.
