We were in need of a plumber recently because all three of our toilets seemed about to overflow after a flush. We looked at a neighborhood online referral service for ideas as to whom to call. John C. Flood had rave reviews, so we contacted them. We were very pleased with their response and the young man they sent out. He checked all three toilets and recommended replacing them (they were all more than 35 years old). He told us what replacement would cost, we agreed, and he came back the next day to install the three new toilets and take away the old.
