John C. Flood could not have sent a better technician. Mr. Hatcher epitomized professionalism. Not only did he fix the problem I had with my drain, but he also worked quickly and told me some of the things I was doing wrong, making solid suggestions as to how I could avoid problems in the future. If I have any other problems with my plumbing in the future, I will certainly ask John C. Flood to dispatch Mr. Hatcher.
