Our technician John Plank arrived on time and quickly assessed our needs. He explained what it would take to accomplish the tasks and what it would cost. He was efficient in completing the work. He then asked some additional questions about our hvac system and made recommendations about additional services that Flood offers. We were very satisfied with the service.
