The rep was very nice, called and showed up early (which was nice) and seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He gave me some suggestions about the fireplace as well. Only one observation (not a complaint) is that he kept telling me what a deal I was getting for him to even look at the fireplace considering how much he usually charged. Kind of made me wonder if he was only doing the bare minimum based on that.

I would definitely consider John C Flood for any future needs. Please ensure I receive an email copy of the completed work order and receipt as I need that to forward to my HOA (Proof of HVAC inspection).
