We had an outside spigot that had been leaking. To compound the issue, a hose splitter was stuck on it. Ricardo was able to get the hose splitter off without breaking any part of the spigot, and he was able to fix the leaks without having to take the spigot apart or, worse yet, cut it off and replace it. He explained all the possibilities and costs up-front and was able to get it done with the fastest and cheapest option. He also gave me notes on what'll have to be done if it starts leaking again.
