Michael Daily was quite knowledgeable of our particular problem and had the necessary tools and machines to help us clear our problem. Though it was quite expensive compared to our past snaking just this past November.,..he did not set the rates I am sure. So we do not blame him for that. He took good care of us and was a very personable and nice man. We are grateful to Flood and professionals as always. Michael Daily should be considered a valued employee. Thank you.
