Richard Cloud our plumber from John C Flood has always provide excellent service. But this particular visit warrants special recognition. Richard was called to our residence to fix some gurgling in our kitchen and laundry drain due to partial clogging. Not only did Richard snake the drain and add a cleanout to make future drain clearing easier, he also found AND removed a rodent who had recently crawled into our vent pipe. It was not a pleasant job and Richard handled it with such professionalism and good humor. We are so grateful to Mr. Cloud and to John C Flood for helping us keep our plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems in good working order for decades.
