John (technician) and Mike worked steadily to unclog my drains. Damon arrived to assist and the jokkkib picked up speed and done in a professional, committed way. Tips were offered and next steps were agreed upon. Damon set up the jet wash and confirmed that all would arrive the next day and they did. A new John (Santa class) arrived timely and professional. He made sure all drains flowed freely and tested them all- although I got a work out walking up and down flushing toilets...to date, all is well. Was quoted to prices for the snaking (819) and another for the jet wash. From reading other reviews, $i819 is more than others paid. Would like to know why..just asking. Damon, John 1 , John 2, Mike and other made the experience where I trusted it would get done by the commitment I saw. Mind you, I was fighting a cold and wasn’t in the best place....I’d call again but for now the water is flowing...
