We have used John C. Flood for a long time. They came out right away —on a Sunday, for emergency water leak. And they stopped it quickly. Water coming thru ceiling into kitchen! Bathroom toilet repair. Did great job, more than expected to fix it and make sure an extra tight seal. I recommend them to all.
