The employee was very professional, he easily answered my questions. He gave me options how to
maintain my condo furnaces, re-enforced changing the
filters every 3 months, as I normally do. He gave me the
age of each furnace, listed on the furnace, correcting
misinformation I was giving when I bought the condo.
I will continue to use John Flood for the routine
inspections of my furnaces.
