Late on a Friday night our gas heating unit had a burning smell. We called Flood and Shane Byrd came that night. He determined the motor on the unit was burning itself out. He worked with us to decide on what type of new system to install. Our other unit was even older and we decided to replace both. He showed us several options, explaining all the differences and costs. He took his time and helped us weigh the different systems to determine the right ones. He called us on the weekend to let us know he had arranged for two crews to come on Monday and get all the work done in one day. The Crew they sent was run by Jason Dodson who with his crew did a excellent job putting in the two units. They put down protection over our floors. They all stayed late making sure the job was complete that day. He explained how all the new equipment worked and how to maintain it. We were really grateful they prioritized our job as we had no heat on the main level and we relying on a space heater. They have a phone # where you can reach a PERSON to talk to. The person we called immediately call one of their technician for us. I have recommended them to our friends.
