Excellent service and work. Less excellent follow-up.
I had a leaky faucet. The man who came to have a look at it was great -- personable, professional, helpful. He said that I needed replacement faucets and that I would get a note from HQ suggesting which faucets were recommended, with pictures, and that a follow-up appointment t would be scheduled for the installation. I haven't heard anything yet, though, and the situation is not resolved.
