This is my sister's (Dorothy Ferebee) house, but I was present on 07/15 to let him in. Eric represents your company extremely well. Outside of a misunderstanding, created by me, he got right to work and finished the pipe replace/repair task in good time. He is professional, gets right to the task at hand. Basically staying in his lane, but clearly and courteously explaining his response to my sister's particular plumbing issue.
