The Flood plumber was incompetent, rude, and made a mess before I stopped him from cutting multiple, unnecessary holds in the drywall of my living area.
A Flood plumber came to replace an outdoor faucet. He said, correctly, that the faucet needed to be replaced from inside. But he also said, incorrectly, that he needed to cut holes in the drywall of my powder room and living area until he found the interior location of the faucet and pipes. Had he bothered to look in the laundry room when he turned off the water to the house, he would have seen the obvious trap door to the faucet and the pipes. He made a mess and charged me $90, even though he did not bother to repair the one hole he made in my powder room wall (before I stopped him from cutting more holes). My contractor’s men replaced the faucet last weekend. They can confirm my experience.
