The installers kept the area clean, were conscientious about floor covering etc. They arrived on time with an email coming prior to their arrival including a photo of who to expect at your door! This is remarkably comforting! They were also able to answer any questions, and took time to explain what was what in terms of how the system/thermostat worked.
