I called John C Flood to deal with flooding in my basement. Mike showed up on time, snaked more than 150 feet to find the clog (I have a large front lawn), showed me the roots and other items clogging the pipe, offered to bring in a camera to better understand the issues that were causing the clog if I wanted (I declined as the roots were thankfully not extensive). Mike was here for most of the afternoon, and he cleaned up the bathroom floor afterwards. High quality service.
