John C Flood repaired a main water lateral line at our home. An estimate was done by Andy on a Friday and the work was begun early Monday morning. What a job it was! Antonio and Alesio (plumbers) were fantastic in explaining the work and getting it done in a day! The lateral boring team were expedient in drilling underneath a driveway and garage to lay the line and the final two gentlemen (can’t recall their names) who poured cement and hooked up the new water tank stayed late until everything was back to normal. Even getting a necessary part from Home Depot to finish the job! I am grateful to all those associated with John C Flood who helped us! Please pass along my appreciation to all the technicians involved. I will now call JC Flood for all my home’s plumbing needs!
