John C Flood has gotten noticeably better over the past few years. We were almost always happy with our service, but went to another vendor 6 or 7 years ago because we were not entirely pleased with one job done by Flood. But last Friday, Juan Garcia (I think I've got that name right) was superb, arrived when we expected him, did a good job explaining what is wrong, and then fixed the problem. We will definitely keep using John C Flood. Also, I'm impressed by the follow up call(s). Good work!
