The technician really seemed to know his stuff. A+++ for expertise. However, I felt that he could have been a little friendlier when I spoke with him on the phone. I am not an AC expert and misstated something on the phone and the technician lashed back at me (I was taken back) - did not feel good. Also, the 1st time I called the receptionist was really nice. However, when I called back, another receptionist was not as friendly. We decided to replace our AC (and pay more) with another company due to the fact that they were a little friendlier as when making such a big purchase decision, you want to work with a company that makes you feel valuable and appreciated and willing to answer your questions (we are paying 2K more for a new HVAC for that only reason). The other company also made me feel that they wanted to earn our business (unfortunately did not feel that way with you). Also, I find it strange that when I get a quote from someone, and I ask a question, the email goes to someone else. In this business, people like working with people they spoke with before, replying to an email someone sends and having someone else respond works if we are dealing with $5 products but not $6k ones. It is all about relationships.

I am giving you all a 4 because I do not like giving anyone less then a 4 but hopefully you will take my feedback and work to improve your level of service so you can earn other peoples business as I would like you all to succeed.
