I feel like I was being hustled to buy an $800 part that was unnecessary. I was told that if I did not buy the part, a leaking pipe would not be replaced because “the company could not guarantee the repair” ok great, I have a leaking pipe that won’t be replaced? It was replaced eventually. I requested a quote on repiping my townhouse. I was told it would be 8k, I pointed out I thought that was too high and was told ok, maybe it could be done for 7k. What gives? I’ve always had great service in the past. Are some of the employees turning in to pirates? I definitely will not have them do the replumb, and at this point I don’t think I will use them again.
