David was very customer service focused. He was focused on repairing my air conditioner as opposed to pressuring me to purchase a new unit. A competitor’s tech said there was nothing that could be done in terms of repairs and insisted I needed to purchase a new a/c. David replaced one part and my unit works fine. Based upon his honesty and integrity I will purchase my new a/c in the future from this company.
