I have used John C Flood for many types of jobs over the years and have generally found the majority of their technicians to be reasonably competent and trustworthy. However, there have been some big, bad exceptions. Worse than the problems and/or poor service itself has been the way supervisors / managers have addressed them -- or not. They are never available to take a phone call and then never call you back. When you finally reach them, they try to deny and deflect rather than accept responsibility and work to solve the problem or issue. Won't use again!
