Total experience with John C. Flood personnel was great. Initial service technician recognized leak in hot water coils. Immediately recommended a new HVAC system due to the unit being 18 years old. Estimator came out and provided a detailed explanation regarding the work to be done, responsibility of the company, timeline for work being completed and cost. HVAC installers arrived as scheduled and got to work. Worked for the better of the day and completed the job on time and professionally. Thoroughly pleased with the service provided by John C.
