Dominic and Prackney were very professional during our install, and they went the extra mile to make sure the we had the professional installation needed to ensure top Heat Pump performance. Of the 5 total estimates we received, John C Flood was the least expensive, did not try to oversell us, and provided a better Heat Pump overall solution including equipment selection. In addition, their 10 year Warranty includes two maintenance visits a year for both our Cooling/Heating systems which will prolong their lives, which was far and above the other company labor and parts warranties only for the one system installed. The warranty/maintenance was also not baked into the price, but provided as a separately priced option on a yearly basis that can be cancelled at any time. Finally, their installation techs are certified, experienced, and not contracted out....and they stay with the company, so you'll see the same teams over the years. We've used them over the years and will continue to do so. This is a great company with excellent customer service top to bottom. Shane (our estimator) and Michelle (billing) were excellent as well and like the rest of the team, a cut about the other companies we spoke with. Keep up the good work!
