I have had great service from Jason, who is professional, detail oriented and hard working. I have also had a near-death experience with one technician who did properly reconnect a gas line. So, depending on the technician, the service can be great!
I would be remiss in not mentioning Miss Maggie, who was the superb scheduler and general problem-solver. Jen, you have big shoes to fill!
