We had the furnace go out during the night. I called around 8am and by a little after 9 a great guy, and knowledgeable serviceman ,Julio Mata, was at the house and made a diagnosis . Although we initially thought the part could take 2 days to get ( it is an older furnace ). He returned several hours later, installed the part and we were back in business—-we had heat. There was excellent communication between Mr Mata, the company office and me , so I always knew what was going on and what to expect.
