Very costly!
I understand the need for a minimum charge for each visit. However, I do not believe I should have been charged for the time the technician took to drive to another location to pick up a part. I can possibly understand if it was an unusual part, but it was a junction box!!! Total cost to add a junction box? $450. Ridiculous.
