To sum it up...after the crew opened up on Tuesday morning were helped and David arrived promptly at around 10:15am. He is so efficient and kind and professional all at the same time. He should be considered and asset to Flood and a valued employee. HOwever when we initially called on Monday evening around 630pm, we were not handled very well at all.
through numerous calls in, we were constantly told that they were passing along our number to a technician. This went on until 930pm or so when someone told us that it was unlikely we would hear before morning. That was very upsetting to be expecting a call any time. And we thought that having the special contract gave us preferential attention. Plus my wife has a medical condition that makes her breathing difficult with no air circulation. Your morning people however were quite nice and booked us into the schedule. High fives to the regular day crew but thumbs down to the after hours answering folks. Again, David Lavis is superb.
