Since two thousand thirteen, I have been using BC Express Inc Heating & Air Conditioning and have been very satisfied. I recently had a problem with the heating system and they came out the same day that I called the company. The technician fixed the problem and the man stayed here for like two hours or so. He did not leave until the job was completed. Now today they came back and did the annual maintenance checkup on the heating system and everything turned out okay. The technicians were very nice and did what they had to do. I have nothing to complain about at all. I really cannot comment on the pricing since I feel that it was fair for the excellent work that they do each time. I am on their maintenance contract service which I highly recommend to people to get. All I have to do is pay for the parts and not the labor. I really think that is great! I recommend the company to others and plan on continuing to use them.
