BC Express installed our heating, and cooling system, over 9 years ago. We have been very pleased with the system, and the professional service of the company, and staff.
We returned from vacation last night, and found our heating system not operating properly. I phoned the company's office. Within one hour their technician (Savas) was at our door (we were not charged a emergency trip fee). Savas is very knowledgeable, the "ultimate professional". He diagnosed our issue almost immediately. It was serious. But he put our minds at ease right away. By informing us, the part and labor were covered by our "Carrier Extended Warranty". It took a couple of hours for the repair to be completed. During that time, Savas discovered another, unrelated issue. He addressed, and also corrected the problem. Saving us a future "trip charge", and full hour labor fee!
