This was my first time to use BC Express Inc. Heating & Air Conditioning, and I was very satisfied with them! I called them to come out and winterize my furnace for me, and do a tune up on it. They also fixed another minor problem for me. Their employees showed up on time, and did not keep me waiting. They were very friendly and polite, and they took the time to explain things to me, so that I understood exactly what was going on. I appreciated that, and I will use BC Express Inc. Heating & Air Conditioning again in the future!
