BC Express Inc Heating & Air Conditioning came out to help us when our thermostat stopped working during the night. We reached out to them, and someone called back to talk to us about the issue. The next day they sent out a service man to replace the thermostat. We have been dealing with them for about three to four years now, and they've always been very good. We've been very satisfied with their services, and they are nice people to deal with; very efficient. As things stand at the moment, we would use them again.
