I have had no problems with BC Express Inc Heating & Air Conditioning. I haven't seen them in a while, but I remember that, when I did, I had a clogged filter. I reached out to them, and their technician responded right away. From what I recall, he did a fine job and was respectful. He took care of the issue very quickly. I would also use them again, in the future.
