The service with BC Express Heating and Air Conditioning was great. The guys were very professional throughout the process. We had a couple of issues that made our situation unique. For example, the stairs going to our attic were kind of crummy, so as part of service they put in new pulldown stairs for us. We also had an issue with the ductwork with one of the bedrooms, so they redid that. We had previously been using baseboard radiators for heat, so when we decided to switch over to a heat pump system they had to do some duct work as well. They did a lot of little extra things, which were very helpful. After the work was done we were still having some issues with air flow to that bedroom, so they came back in a second time and put in a second vent free of charge.

The company is excellent. They come in and do maintenance twice a year now. Their prices are expensive but I would say well worth it. We looked at other options and alternatives and the system they offered was a bit more expensive but much better than the other systems we looked at. We did a lot of research and I believe you get what you pay for.

The workmen were very professional and very neat in their work. Any issue we had they resolved for us. I can't say enough good things about them. We're very pleased with the new system. In moving from baseboard electric heating to the centralized heat pump, we cut our electric bill drastically. If you do work with them, I would suggest that you get the maintenance from them as well. It's worth it to keep the warranty and let their guys take care of the system.
