My furnace was on its last leg,we live in a retirement community, our maintenance department has a list of companies that do business in our community. I asked one of the maintenance men if he could recommend one, he said he has viewed the ones that BC has installed and found them to be very neat and proper. I then checked their reviews and went no further. I called and Doug there representative came the next day. Very professional, explained all our options. We picked the one that suited our needs. Two days later they said they would be here at 8:30 am. And at 8:30 they were at my house. Brian & Sam did the installation, removed the old one and did a spotless job. They were done by 4:30 My wife and I are very satisfied.
