my wife and I contacted a total of five heating and a/c companies. I was looking for the best one to offer a good price, not the cheapest, but one that explained what we were getting for our money. The salesman came to our home in company uniform brought us booklets of the air conditioning and heating systems that they were going to install. made all the measurements necessary including whole house attic and exterior. After a complete non-rushed explanation of all the do's, don'ts and why's, we were left to make our decision and time to research all of the given information. upon leaving our home our salesman from BC Express told us "You probably will have more questions so here is my cell phone number so you can get me get me anytime. After the review process with all of the companies was over, we were happy with our decision with BC Express.

ALL OF THE WORKERS WERE NEAT, FRIENDLY, WELL DRESSED IN UNIFORM, ALL OF THE VEHICLES THAT CAME TO OUR HOME WERE IDENTIFIED WITH THEIR COMPANIES NAME AND LOGO.
I HAD SOME QUESTIONS DURING THE PROCESS AND I CALLED JIMMY, THEIR SERVICE MANAGER, NOT ONLY WAS I IMPRESSED WITH HIS MANNER WITH ME ON THE PHONE, HE ALSO DISPLAYED MUCH KNOWLEDGE OF HIS BUSINESS. WE WENT OVER A FEW CONCERNS AND HE ASSURED ME THAT HE ALONG WITH ONE OF HIS TOP AIR CONDITIONAING AND HEATING TECH. WOULD BE AT OUR HOME TO ADDRESS AND CHECK ALL OF THE SYSTEMS WITH ME FOR PROPER OPERATION.
WHEN THEY CAME TO THE HOME I WAS INTERDUCED TO A GENTELMEN NAMED GUY, WHOM WAS DEFINITLY AN EXPERT IN HIS FIELD. HE MADE A FEW ADJUSTMENTS THEN SAT DOWN WITH US AND EXPLAINED EVERTHING TO US AND FROM THAT DAY ON MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN ENJOYING OUR NEW AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR THE SUMMER.
VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY AND I WOULD RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
