Doug Wong explained the product and payment/rebate plans clearly and reviewed the entire procedure. Adam did the energy audit. Vincent reviewed the job and made sure everything would be on site ready to go. Lyle and John were fantastic. Model employees, great job, everything and more than expected. Great staff.
